Short-Term Running Goals:

Recover from Achilles injury. 

Qualify for Boston in 2011, and break 3 hrs in Boston!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep on going for a long time.

Break 17 mins at Carlsbad 5000.

Break 2.42 at St. George Marathon.

Break 2.50 at any other marathon other than St. George.

Personal:

Married to a super fast wife.....Erica......my training partner!

Hi Amber....Erica is running pretty well right now after taking 3 months solid off with no running at all. I don't think she is quite back to full racing strength, so probably a "NO" for Swiss days.

We follow your blog, and are honestly hoping for good things from you on Oct 2nd, good luck. We will be there is some fashion rooting for you.

Congrats on your remarkable running talent and accomplishments in 2010!
