I ran the 15 laps of the Crossing Park, not fast, but not slow.  I ran an average of 4.23 per lap, so about 7.45 pace per mile.  It is tougher on the grass.  I was out there running for about 65 mins.  No sprinklers today, yeah!   Plenty of dogs, however.

i guess i have now been recruited to run on the relay team for Red Rock with Aaron Metler.  It should be fun.  And, of course, I am running Top of Utah marathon next week, that should be a disaster...I have read it is better to be undertrained than overtrained, especially for a marathon, so, well, i am prepared at being undertrained!

Cheers

You've got a few busy weekends on the horizon. Run like hell.

Does this mean that you are not running SGM?

Thanks Vis, i will do what i can!

and Ryan, yes, I am signed up for both Top of Utah and St. George. I am hoping for a decent race at TOU, and then two weeks later, if i feel up to it, I will try STG. I am not trained real well, so even sub 3hrs will be a stretch.

I'm feeling a little under trained also, so should be interesting to see what happens.
